You should make a copy of your submittal for your records. The Board of Directors and the Architectural Control Committee are allowed up to 30 days from the date of the receipt of the completed form and all relevant materials to approve or reject the request.
If you wish to appeal the Architectural Control Committee decision regarding the decision below, please appeal to the Architectural Control Committee within 30 days. Plans not completed within one year from the date of approval (unless otherwise noted below) are no longer valid and a new Architectural Control Committee Property Improvement Request Form must be submitted for review.
All plans must be reviewed by the Architectural Control Committee upon completion. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to contact the Architectural Control Committee following completion of the project so it may be reviewed.
